Collaborating with academics, researchers and administrators in the production of projects, reports and analyzes, and scientific activities
Contributing to sector course practices at undergraduate and graduate level
Participating in career days of universities
Carrying out studies to determine the scholarship needs of students in the field
Supporting the employability of graduates
Providing coaching support to students

A. Main Area of Activity of Business Development and Corporate Collaboration Team

The Business Development and Corporate Collaboration team is the unit that designs or develops ideas, initiatives and activities that will enable the association to work more effectively. This team achieves its purpose by increasing the income of the association, ensuring its healthy growth and establishing strategic partnerships.

B. Key Roles and Responsibilities of the Business Development and Corporate Collaboration Team

To have information about sectoral developments and relevant legislation
Evaluate potential opportunities to achieve the association’s mission
To follow the activities of other relevant associations,
Evaluating the proposals by itself or other teams of the association in line with the new projects, mission, benefit, timing, technical and cost elements of the association
To support ongoing projects,
Initiating and conducting negotiations for possible collaborations with potential institutions,
Carrying out studies to increase work and process efficiency

C. Qualifications to Look for in Business Development and Corporate Collaboration Team Members

To have the ability to work with limited guidance
To have proactive features
Ability to work quickly and solution-oriented in a dynamic environment
To have strong human relations management skills and persuasion skills

A. Main Area of Activity of the Corporate Communication Team

The Corporate Communication Team carries out internal and external communications with tools such as websites, social media management, marketing materials and branding, within the framework of the mission of the association.

B. Key Roles and Responsibilities of the Corporate Communication Team

To prepare the corporate communication strategy, plan and budget of the association and present it to the board of directors,
To determine the digital media communication strategies of the association
Developing the website and updating its content
To carry out and report social media accounts and activities and to create projects in social networks
To provide the technical infrastructure of the events
Ensuring the execution of advertising and communication works in corporate promotion, brand positioning and image studie
To carry out graphic-design, online publication and informatics infrastructure,
To design the printed, written and visual promotional materials needed to support communication activities and to create their content
Ensuring the management of processes with agencies in external communication works when necessary

C. Qualifications to look for in Corporate Communication Team Members

Generating new projects and creative ideas
To have a lot of knowledge about spelling rules and to pay attention to this issue meticulously
To have information technology,
Ability to produce, plan and manage content on social media
To be able to follow the developments and agenda in the digital world closely
Strong verbal and written communication and planning and organizational skills
Demonstrate the ability to find solutions to problems

A. Main Area of Activity of the Resourcing and Event Team

The Resourcing and Event Team works on the provision of sustainable financial resources necessary to achieve its objectives within the framework of the mission of the association and manages the operational process of the association’s activities related to education, conferences, seminars, campus seminars and organizations.

 

B. Key Roles and Responsibilities of the Resourcing and Event Team

  • To be informed about the financial aspect of the law of associations, to follow the legislative changes and to guide the association in these matters,
  • To determine and update the annual resource needs for the projects and activities of the association
  • To establish sustainable communication with institutions and individuals in order to provide resources to realize the objectives of the association.
  • Establishing lasting sponsor relationships and determining the benefits to be provided to the sponsors
  • To carry out activities that will encourage, bring together and honor donors,
  • Marketing events, promotions and registrations with the Corporate Communications Team
  • Running the event operation
  • Managing post-event processes (evaluating with surveys and reports, organizing gifts, acknowledgments and certificates)

 

C. Qualifications to Look for in Resourcing and Event Team Members

  • To have analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • To have knowledge of financial matters
  • Willingness to create and manage networks
  • Familiarity with Turkish tax regulations and associations law
  • To follow and have information on issues related to civil society and non-governmental organizations
  • Attention to detail, result-oriented, follower, self-confidence and high working discipline
  • To have strong communication, organization and time management competencies
  • Being able to manage change and crisis
  • To be internally motivated and prone to teamwork.
